There's different reasons why someone joins therapy, and my hope is that by providing some examples, we can normalize the benefit of having somebody(hopefully me)work with you at your own pace.

One off sessions as needed for clients who have worked through their challenges with me on a consistent basis and would like to check in less often than bi weekly or weekly.

My speaking engagements focus on critical topics such as emotional well-being, resilience building, and creating nurturing school environments.
